What we handle

What Atlas One handles for you

Not a feature list. The real, recurring parts of running a property.

Maintenance, tracked end to end

Maintenance, tracked end to end

Every repair logged, assigned, and followed through, not lost in a text thread.

Inspections, on record

Inspections, on record

Walkthroughs and condition checks captured with photos, so there is a record if anything is disputed later.

Tenants, verified properly

Tenants, verified properly

Screening, leases, and communication in one place, from application to move out.

Rent and finances, at a glance

Rent and finances, at a glance

Who has paid, what is owed, and how the portfolio is performing, without opening a spreadsheet.

Product

Manage every property in one place

Portfolio dashboard

Every property, every tenant, every open item in one view. A daily brief sorts what actually needs you today from what can wait.

Tenant screening, done properly

Full history, verified details, and a clear read on who you're renting to, before the lease is signed rather than after something goes wrong.

Cleaning and turnover, on schedule

Turnover between tenants coordinated from the same place as everything else, not a separate spreadsheet nobody updates.

How it works

Built around how you actually work

AVA, your assistant that already knows the answer

Ask about a tenant, a lease, a payment, and get a real answer, because AVA reads the same records you do.

Built for how you actually get paid

PLN, EUR, GBP, USD, set per workspace and applied everywhere automatically, for landlords who don't think in one currency.

Migration that respects your time

Upload what you already have, a spreadsheet, a lease PDF, and Atlas populates itself. Switching shouldn't cost you a weekend.

Migration

Switching shouldn't feel like moving house

Bring your existing properties over on your own timeline, no forced cutover, no manual re entry.

One Click Import

Upload a spreadsheet or lease PDF. Atlas reads it and populates your properties automatically.

AI Assisted Extraction

Documents in any format get parsed and validated before anything touches your live dashboard.

Incremental, Not All At Once

Migrate one property or your whole portfolio, on your schedule. Larger portfolios get white glove onboarding.

Pricing

Simple pricing that scales with your portfolio

One flat monthly price per tier. No setup fees, no per-tenant charges, no surprises at renewal.

Atlas One
About the Founder

Atlas One was born out of a simple observation. Managing property is still harder than it needs to be. Tadiwanashe Fungai, Atlas's founder, is a property investor with real estate interests in Zimbabwe and Poland. That firsthand experience showed him an industry still relying on manual, time-consuming processes for something as fundamental as knowing who to trust with a property. Tadiwanashe founded Atlas One with a clear vision: to build the operating system for real estate, starting with the part landlords dread most, tenant screening, and expanding from there.

“

We built Atlas One to sit beside the people who already manage a property well, not to stand in for them. Good management still takes a real person on the ground. What it doesn't need is a spreadsheet.

Questions

Questions landlords ask

Yes, that's the whole point. One account handles multiple countries, currencies, and time zones at once.

You can request your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. We don't lock you into a format you can't take with you.

No. You can bring properties over gradually. One-click migration tooling is in progress.

It screens conversations against criteria you set, income, household size, pets, move-in timing, then gives you a score and summary. You always make the final call.

Yes. Data is encrypted and never sold or shared. See our privacy page for details.

AI tenant screening, a tenant portal, and automated email notifications for maintenance, rent, and lease events, scaled to your tier.

If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use Atlas One. AVA does the heavy lifting in plain language, there's no spreadsheet setup or software to learn.

No. AVA screens, drafts, and flags what needs attention, but every decision, accepting a tenant, approving a repair, stays yours. Think of it as a very capable assistant, not an autopilot.

Privacy

Privacy, by design

Your data, and your tenants' data, stays private. Information is encrypted in transit, stored on secure infrastructure, and never sold or shared with third parties. Full data handling details are available on request while we finalize our formal privacy policy.

Screening shouldn't be the hard part. Let's fix that.
